Guitar Model Conclusion..
Ok, so I decided to prep the scene by having myself act out the scene and filming it for referance. Next I decided to do a walk cycle to see how the model works.
And cause of this I have scrapped this altogether. The model isn't very good to work with. Due to a cock up in the construction involving a crack on both sides of the model, the one leg is loose and makes it difficult to use. Also not alot of thought went into how it would stay attached to the floor.
A very short project, where I have learnt a few things about making models to animate. So it hasn't been a complete waste
So now to make something new, building it in a completly different way to this model.

Guitar Model Complete
So.. its done
I'm not too confident about its ability to be animated. mainly due to the one leg being a bit dodgy. But i'll give it a go tomorrow and see what I can do with it.
Here's what it looks like now, the only design change is that its taller. And cause one of my guitar books were left out on the floor, I went with the whole idea and decorated the photo... no reason really, just decided to do it to see how it looked.

Guitar Model
To get myself back into the swing of things for uni, I am doing a little stop motion project.
This idea is inspired by the Ident project I did a while back, taking the guitar character and making it into a stop motion model.

The final film will be only around 30seconds long. The guitar will play a riff on stage in front of an audience which will be put in using After Effects.
Stay Tuned
