Technorati Favorites – no opml export?
Average Reading Time: less than a minute.
I’m liking today’s buzzy featureTechnorati Favorites, which is a pretty straightforward aggregator in Technorati, but nice and easy to ‘add favourites’ and so makes it a good, straightforward aggregator.
Now, they make it really easy to _add_ feeds via opml etc, but I can’t see an export anywhere…seems an odd omission, as the CEO says there’s reading list export.
I’m bothered, because they’ve got a complete personality driven environment to drive adoption of the reading lists concept…they call it favourites, but who cares – subscribe to a list of blogs curated by a web celeb! And being able to export feeds (as well as import) would reinforce my warm glow to Technorati. After all, their whole existence is based on links…they shouldn’t maintain everything as an inward absorption.
