BBC NEWS | Most Popular Now | Live World Map is a realtime, flash driven ranking of the most popular news items at the moment.
It’s excellent – you can drill down to see what different regions are looking (pictures seem popular with the Americas :-) and there’s some historical views as well.
This will be really interesting to watch when a big news item breaks.
It reminded me to go and look at NewsMap which presents a treeview of news from around the world, side by side – something the BBC application lacks.
