Quite high-level, but nonetheless interesting, article on using weblogs as KM tool. Interesting note: the *act* of publicly blogging made them far more reflective and ensured a sense of accountability. Interesting ROI factor, huh? Also, they’ve cut down on paper and don’t all create multiple versions of personal notes of the same event – just a single collaborative blog entry that they edit during the meeting. Another fabulous time saver.
