Jay Cross on group knowledge
Average Reading Time: less than a minute.
Who Knows? Jay Cross’s CLO magazine article
Punchy write up of sharing knowledge in orgs. Interesting emergent themes he covers, that I’ve been thinking about a lot – knowledge workers waste *lots* of time finding stuff, and people who’ve been around the org for a while, regardless of rank, are a goldmine of info.
I would write a more substantial reflection on this, but it’s late and I need beauty sleep ;-)
