e-Literate: Blackboard Patents the LMS:

Er, I’m no lawyer…if this is as bad as it seems, what on earth will be the affect on the e-learning industry? Will everyone from SumTotal to the team behind Nuvo to open source projects such as Moodle etc. be slapped with lawsuits from BlackBoard?
