Great resource for ‘findability’, Peter Morville’s website dedicated to designing stuff to be easily found.
There’s a good chunk of stuff on ‘real’ knowledge management – i.e. stuff on how people organise their desks, piling, ethnographic studies of how people transfer and/or horde info etc.
And lots on design, implications for websites, etc. etc. Findability – it’s not your mother’s usability :-)
