Excellent ‘evolving’ whitepaper for webcast delivery. I remember helping a client manage these through the paradigm of a radio show – for me the trick to successful presentation was have a decent host who actually interviews the key presenters. That way, although you may not be asking questions, you feel part of the presentation through the proxy of the host. Pretty tight running script was the other trick and a dedicated responder to chat and questions…In fact, a pretty labour intensive operation. But they enjoyed it and it was the best use of PlaceWare I’ve seen for a while – more down to them than me, but interestifn all the same. Wish I’d seen this before though.
