Just got sent this link to a really good webcast on the future of work. Ray Ozzie, John Malone (who often crops up in Fast Company articles) and a brilliant guy from Cap Gemini.
Key themes were decentralised decision making, pushing information and responsibility to the edges of an organisation etc etc. Nothing particularly new in thinking, but a great condensed view from smart people on this subject.

It was a pretty upbeat assessment, with only a few pitches in the conversation. The Intel guy proclaiming they’re transforming work with Centrino is total bollocks as wifi is simply being commodified (is that a word?). Apple, Linksys, Cisco, Buffallo etc etc way ahead of their curve.
If you only have 10 minutes – jump to the bits where the Cpa Gemini guy is speaking – for my money, the most impressive guy there.
