Sitting in a teleconference yesterday with a new member of staff and I remembered we had photos of the speakers on our intranet – a simple thing, but it adds a whole dimension to the disembodied voice.
Obvious really, seems almost too simple, but it’s something I don’t see a whole lot, particularly on blogs – photos of the authors. Definitely a super simple way to build a greater resonance with the reader…low bandwidth and so on as well. We’ll do on here as part of our grand re-design – and on projects I hope.
