High-level: Norman outlines the three levels of emotion and highlights objects and products that (instead of his normal criticisms) simply delight him or other people. He’s a good speaker – doesn’t take himself too seriously, although he takes his subject very seriously.
IT conversations has turned into a brilliant resource – I just whacked this on my ipod and took a walk in the beautiful parkland near my house. What a great lunchtime! I’d love to see his slides as well, but I guess i’ll need to buy the book. There are some great notes taken as well that are linked to from the above link.
