Democrat's call centre webapps

Barack Obama Campaign tools - I've signed up to various candidate's email lists to see how they communicate (as a UK citizen, I'm in er. shock and awe at the slick campaign management).
Amazing to see this campaign tool sent out to Obama supporters - a web app that pops up a phone number and first name, complete with script and resolution buttons.
I logged into the Clinton site, and there it is - another phoneback tool. Maybe I could sit on Skype all day and make opposing calls, to create a nicely balanced view.
Are these just residential numbers, or registered democrats?
I'm both incredibly impressed with the slickness of this approach, and slightly appalled at the thought of actually living in one of these primary states -surely everyne just takes the phone off the hook?

Oh, and McCain? Couldn't find one on his site - guess he doesn't need one. Yet.
