Got 2 Extra Hours for Your E-Mail? - New York Times:

BaseCamp and blogs/RSS are the only ways forward for me...it's becoming a pain in the arse to deal with people who I don't collaborate with using BaseCamp - it has been the most useful tool I've used this year (apart from my mac and omnioutliner :-)
