Brian Eno collaborates with Peter Chilvers for an iphone app...that basically ticks every box for me...
In a similar vein, I'd love to see Electroplankton ported to the iphone.

Our logo is a Thale Cress flower, which bio-engineers modified to flower red in the presence of explosives from discarded landmines. This provides highly visible warnings to not walk where people see red flowers. It's a great example of how simple ideas can have a profound affect on people's lives.
