You might want to check out the Friends of Ed site (http://www.friendsofed.com ) -- they published a book last summer called "Flash Usability Guide" (http://www.friendsofed.com/books/flash_mx_titles/mx_usability/index.html ). Their books are generally high quality. Their site also has a somewhat active forum area (http://friendsofed.infopop.net/2/OpenTopic?a=cfrm&s=989094322&f=4073053165 ) where the authors of their (very large) line of Flash books hang out.
