Pricing web apps...
My pal Paul Farnell has written a great article on pricing web application. Very proud of him (and Dave and Matt) for getting Litmus, their web and email testing app out the door and making money - good stuff.

Our logo is a Thale Cress flower, which bio-engineers modified to flower red in the presence of explosives from discarded landmines. This provides highly visible warnings to not walk where people see red flowers. It's a great example of how simple ideas can have a profound affect on people's lives.
